Nominate An Outstanding Volunteer!
Without volunteers, the Manheim community could not function. Volunteers are an essential ingredient to making our community successful.
The Simon Financial Services Volunteer of the Year Award was established to recognize individuals in the community who dedicate their time and involvement as a volunteer to the Manheim Community.
“We are looking forward to recognizing outstanding individuals who volunteer in our community. We realize the power of volunteers who address so many of our community needs.” Stated Christopher Simon, Simon Financial Services.
Nominations for individuals to receive the awards will be accepted for adults and youth. The adult individual who is awarded the Simon Financial Services Volunteer of the Year will receive a substantial financial contribution to be donated on their behalf to any non-profit Manheim community organization. The youth awarded will be in the form of an educational grant.
A panel of judges from the Manheim Community will rank the volunteer nominees based on their contributions in the community, overall impact, involvement in activities, leadership role in initiating programs, personal growth from being a volunteer and length and frequency of service.
“We have included a youth category to recognize our future generations and the impact they have on the success of our community. It is great to see so many individuals willing to invest and commit their time in making our community a better place.” Said Simon “When everyone makes a small effort, together we can have a big impact.”
